What is a seat?

A seat is a bookable entity. For example if your organization books appointments with people at specific locations then 1 seat equals 1 person and 1 location as a pair. If your organization schedules appointments based on room availability then the number of rooms is your seats.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. On our month-to-month plan you can cancel any time before your next billing period to avoid charges. On annual commitments, you can request to cancel and we will issue a refund to you based on our month-to-month plan cost, so you miss out on our annual discount only.

What comes in each plan?

The "Growth" plan offers all features. And the "Developer" plan is required to access APIs and developer toolsets.

Are there any limitations on API usage?

No! We do not limit your API usage. We're developer focused and our system is entirely built using our own API.

What kind of support is available?

Someone from our wonderful customer success team will be assigned to your account as soon as you sign up. You will have direct access to us 24/7.
